Each week Alia will guide you safely to excellent core strength, flexibility & lean athletic tone using her movement called Yogatone™️ – effective Yin Yoga, Pilates toning, diaphragmatic breathing & mindfulness.

What to expect after 6 passes of Yogatone™️?
Expect how to switch on your core, have better posture, learn how to breathe and stretch, learn how to get through that burning feeling to achieve tone in trouble areas without injury and inflammation, learn balance, get flexibility and freedom, and get better at Yoga poses. Clients have noticed significant changes in fitness abilities and now can confidently practice more advanced fitness moves, join sports groups & do advanced activities (ski/golf/run/box).
Your body will feel worked through feeling a gentle burn but your body will not feel inflamed and in pain like after some toning sessions. We also mix stretching in between Pilates moves to allow the body to recover between movements.
Group Yogatone is not suitable for those with severe unmanaged sciatica, being within 3 months of surgery, unmanaged knee pain/frozen shoulder/old unmanaged injury/unexplained pain, or pregnancy. Please always consult your GP or specialist before trialling and starting a new exercise plan. Suitable for those needing to get back into fitness in a safe way. Should you find you need to have a break from Yogtatone and work with your specialist, Alia will hold your membership for you. You will need to provide a specialist letter with restrictions and exercise requests to continue your program.
