Each week Alia will guide you safely to excellent core strength, flexibility & lean athletic tone using her movement called Yogatone™️ – effective Yin Yoga, Pilates toning, diaphragmatic breathing & mindfulness.

PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP 

$22 a week BASIC or $42 PLATINUM UNLIMITED membership to the Yogatone™️ program classes, videos and support group. Payments are paid via Ezi Debit. Cancel anytime. Minimum 4-week membership for results. Sessions are run on public holidays but not school holidays.
