Each week Alia will guide you safely to excellent core strength, flexibility & lean athletic tone using her movement called Yogatone™️ – effective Yin Yoga, Pilates toning, diaphragmatic breathing & mindfulness.

Payments are made via Ezi Debit.

Cancel anytime. Minimum 4-week membership for results. Sessions are run on public holidays but not school holidays (payments paused).
