For all accredited Nutrition and Personal Training (PT) sessions, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid forfeiting the session. If you are unable to attend due to illness, you will receive a credit session to be used at a later date. No refunds are offered for late cancellations, except in extenuating circumstances, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

To secure your preferred time slot or to join a waiting list for in-person or online sessions with Alia Steglinski, you must schedule your session through the program pages by clicking “Book Now,” using the Cart section, or arranging payment via invoice.

Alia Steglinski holds professional indemnity insurance with Medisure HPI, ensuring that all services provided meet professional standards.

Personal Health Coach operates in full compliance with the Australian Consumer Law. This ensures that all consumer rights are protected, and any concerns about the services provided will be addressed in accordance with these regulations.

Upon purchasing an eBook or any audio content, delivery is automatic. You will receive an email with your download link immediately after completing your purchase. Our payment methods are safe and updated regularly to ensure your transaction is secure.

Please note that there are no refunds for eBook purchases due to the nature of digital goods. If you experience any technical issues or do not receive your eBook, contact us at morningtonhealthcoach@gmail.com for assistance.

You can access the PHC App programs with a 1-week free trial, after which a $29/month subscription will be automatically charged. To activate the free trial, you must provide valid credit card details upfront. Payments are securely processed through Passion.io.

Purchases can be made via the Apple Store (Android compatibility is currently unavailable). However, the program can be accessed via your laptop or any mobile device using the Passion.io platform.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with any service provided by Alia Steglinski, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We aim to resolve all issues and ensure you have a positive experience.

• Refunds are not available for eBooks, app subscriptions, or services cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled session.
• Money-Back Guarantee: If you do not feel adequately supported or do not start feeling improvements in core and body strength by week 4 of the mentorship or Yogatone™ membership (assuming you have followed the program for 20 minutes, four times a week), you will be entitled to a full refund for the first month.
• There is no refund if you sustain an injury or illness and are advised to stop all exercise. Participation in these programs requires clearance from a specialist if needed, as all videos are designed to strengthen over time without causing injury.
• If an injury or illness occurs, memberships will be paused or stopped. Clients are encouraged to attend live online sessions with Alia to ask questions and understand that progress is a journey. Some discomfort may be experienced, but a 1-1 consultation with a specialist is recommended if necessary.
• Membership and Mentorship agreements are on a week-by-week direct debit basis, with a minimum commitment of 1 month. A 3-month commitment is recommended for the best results.

All information, images, and content available on the Personal Health Coach website, Yogatone™ program, eBooks, and app are the intellectual property of Alia Steglinski. Unauthorised use, copying, or reproduction of content—including ideas, images, or materials from the website, blogs, app, or eBook—without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. Any infringement of these rights will be legally pursued.
