In this book, Alia showcases her professional expertise and personal experience to address health challenges that women in their midlife (specifically mothers) go through, and guides them towards a healthy and balanced lifestyle for both themselves and their families.

Alia does this by explaining the “Complete Nutrition Method”, an approach to healthy eating she developed herself, to simplify and ease nutrition for women in their midlife that may have hectic schedules. Her method ditches the whole culture of restrictive dieting, and focuses on simplifying healthy eating and making it work in a family setting.

In this guide, Alia also showcases her “AIR Theory”, an approach to balanced exercise she created, that harmonises the needs for activation, invigoration, and rejuvenation training, and is personalised for midlife women and mothers, and is designed to fit into their busy routines without feeling overwhelmed.
