I’m Alia Steglinski. I studied Health Sciences at Deakin University and spent over a decade training high-performing individuals at the Royal Brighton Yacht Club and globally across multiple time zones. I work with business leaders, athletes, and ambitious professionals to help them reach their peak through a unique blend of personal training, accredited nutrition, and deep mind-body practices.

What sets me apart? I don’t rely on a “push through” or “soldier on” mentality. I coach using a growth mindset model, because real transformation begins in the mind, with the messages you choose to focus on and the daily actions that align with your goals. Alia’s Peak Method

1. BASELINE Testing & Deep-Dive Analysis

We’ll start with an in-depth Bio-Impedance Test or Nutrition & Lifestyle Assessment to understand exactly where your body’s at right now.
We’ll look at your stress load, metabolism, body composition, and energy levels to set a clear starting point for you. We may also work with your GP at this step.

2. Strategic Movement Plan

Based on your assessment, I’ll create a custom plan for you that:
Improves your core stability and flexibility
-Manages or rehabs any injuries
-Reduces your stiffness and heals muscular imbalances

Essentially, you’ll start training in a way that works with your body—not against it, and in a way that actually fits your busy life.

3. Build Strength, Confidence & Cardio

We’ll then start doing some smart weight training, cardio conditioning, and nutrition tweaks to speed up your fat loss, muscle gain, and stamina. Every session together will give you more progress, momentum, and confidence.

4. Eliminate Unserving Habits

This is where the game changes. I’ll find out what might be holding you back from staying consistent—like bad habits, routines, or mental blocks—and we’ll create new daily systems to help you stay on top.

I’m not gonna train you and then just leave you in the dark once we’re done working together, I want you to stay healthy and strong for the long run.

5. Reassess, Refine, and Keep Progressing

After we see some progress, I’ll re-test you with Bio-Impedance to track your progress and make some tweaks. Nutrition will get more refined as you’d already be used to making healthy choices. Your mindset will stay sharp. And results will be undeniable.
